Qatar Airways A380-861 A7-APE c/n 181 operating flight 'QR900' from Doha to Perth diverted to Adelaide Airport (YPAD) due to extreme weather conditions at Perth Airport.

The Qatar A380 was in a holding pattern on the WA coast and was waiting to land at Perth at which point the crew decided to divert to Adelaide.
