Strong easterly winds today 03/06 ops

Strong gusty easterly winds this morning is resulting in early morning arriving traffic using both RWY 's 03 & 06 for arrivals. China Southern Airlines A333 landed on a Rwy 03 Instrument approach, & now Singapore Airlines has just landed on the crossing RWY06 with a visual approach. Also of note: ALL departures at this present time are off RWY 06.
