A strong cold front with severe 100 km/h + winds & squals battered south west Western Australia & the Perth metro area yesterday 18/09. Over 18mm of heavy rain & hail was dumped across Perth yesterday with up to 65 calls to the SES for assistance due to roofs blowing off etc... at Perth Airport this Qantas truck with air stairs attached was blown over & was lying on its side near ITB Bay 62 today.
