Malaysia Airlines B777-2H6 (ER) 9M-MRO was a regular visitor to Perth, Western Australia operating services on the airline's 'MH125/124' & 'MH127/126' from Kuala Lumpur to Perth & return.
9M-MRO operated her last service to Perth Airport on Sunday 8th January 2012, operating on the 'MH127/126' service. Hexcode: 75008F
The 'above' photograph was taken by Tsen Tsan who now resides in Singapore, shows 9M-MRO turning onto RWY21 off taxiway Whiskey, about to make her return flight MH124 to Kuala Lumpur on Saturday 24th May 2003.
A past member of the Aircraft Enthusiasts Group of Western Australia (AEGWA), we thank him sincerely for allowing this tribute photograph of 9M-MRO to be placed onto this Blog.
We also express our sadness of loss of life of all those who perished aboard flight MH370 on Saturday 8th March, and the loss of Malaysia Airlines B777-2H6 (ER) 9M-MRO.
