In early 2013, Skywest Airlines will relocate to the newly built Terminal WA which has been specifically designed to meet the needs of air travel for regional Western Australia.
The $120 million domestic terminal is the first to be built in WA for 25 years and is within walking distance of the current International Terminal.
The new terminal will feature self-service and bag drop technology for faster and easier check-in, large central security screening zone, spacious departure lounge with more food & beverage choices, 14 aircraft gates with quality covered walkways, three large baggage reclaim belts minimising waiting times, dedicated pick up and drop off lanes, greater parking options and improved access to taxis and buses.
