The 'Jumbo returns' QF581/582 SYD-PER-SYD

Qantas Airways Sydney to Perth 'QF581/582' domestic services gets a boost in capacity from today with the return to Perth skies of the Boeing 747 Classic Jet operating on the route after operating its last prior services on this route back on 4th May 2012.

A mix of Airbus A332/3 aircraft operated services over the interim period.

Today's return back to 747 operations sees B747-438 VH-OJD msn 24481 back on the route arriving at 12.56hrs and departed at 14.47hrs for the return flight back to Sydney.
