Erickson Air Crane S-64E N243AC msn 64-022 coded 741 & named 'Marty' arrived into Port of Melbourne on Wednesday 7th December 2011 off a container ship from Greece.
In total three S-64E Air Cranes were off loaded, including N159AC coded 735 named 'Camille' & N189AC coded 731 named 'Gypsy Lady', all three helicopters ferrying from Melbourne docks to Essendon Airport on Thursday 8th December.
N159AC 'Camille' departed Essendon 8th December ferrying to Sydney Bankstown Airport,.
N189AC 'Gypsy Lady' remains at Essendon along with N243AC 'Marty' which will at some point either fly across to Perth or be transported by ship to Fremantle.
Upon arrival into Perth, 'Marty' will operate exclusively from Jandakot Airport (YPJT) & not Perth Airport.
