Qantas Airways continue to struggle being able to operate B747-400 aircraft on the QFA581/582 service between Sydney to Perth, with aircraft being substituted due to operational requirements.
Today's, Sunday 21st August services is being operated by Airbus A330-303 VH-QPE msn 593, arrived at 12.56hrs & departed at 15.01hrs, surely it shouldn't take this long to turn around an A333 around ???
One would suspect that we will see more aircraft substituted on this service in the future, as the airline continues to juggle with its fleet of B747 classics and older B763s & current fleet of Airbus aircraft.
