Rare sight these days to see two B747-438's aircraft in Perth, but yesterday due to unusual than ordinary weather conditions ( high altitude volcanic ash cloud ); Qantas flight 63 Sydney to Johannesburg service, arrived 12.28hrs & departed at 14.01hrs making a scheduled tech stop to upload extra fuel & recieve updated weather advisories.
Sydney Perth Sydney QF581/582 services arrived at 12.42hrs & departed at 14.55hrs. A regular visitor operating this service consecutively since 5th June 2011.
